As Quantity Surveyor, you will take real commercial ownership. You won’t be buried under layers of hierarchy. You’ll work closely with Directors and delivery teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account across commercial refurbishment and construction schemes. Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of multiple commercial projects

- Valuations, variations and final accounts
