Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? In this role you will act as a Strategic Partner Manager at Redpin, working cross-functionally to forge and manage high-impact partnerships within the payments and property technology ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in advancing Redpin’s vision to be a global leader in payments and embedded software for international real estate and property transactions.
What You'll Do
- Act as an advocate for Redpin, engaging industry, financial, and regulatory partners to streamline and secure the entire payments journey for our clients and partners.
- Provide guidance to Redpin product, commercial, and operational teams on global payments best practices, potential partner selection, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnership development—including managing RFIs/RFPs, due diligence, and contract negotiations, account opening, due diligence, etc.
- Forge new payment partnerships with scheme providers, banking partners, other fintechs, and payment networks as we look to launch Redpin in new territories.
- Keep in regular contact with our existing banking partners regarding product and feature updates.
- Act as the point of escalation for resolving complex partner issues (financial, operational, technical, or regulatory).
- Analyze and present partner scorecards and performance data to drive process improvements and business results.
- Represent Redpin in strategic dialogues with partners, financial institutions, networks, regulators, property technology providers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation across the global payments and property market landscape; align partnership strategy with Redpin’s product roadmap and emerging trends.
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure partnership strategy is comprehensive, efficient, and future-focused.
What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, preferably in fintech, property technology, payments, SaaS, financial services, or related industries.
- Proven experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams at all management levels.
- Deep familiarity with transactional banking, FX and payment processing regulations in EMEA and/or other global financial markets, including operating rules and standard agreements, bank's due diligence and account opening processes.
- Demonstrated success managing complex negotiations with financial institutions, fintechs, or payment solution providers.
- Familiarity with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements affecting payment flows and compliance in an international context.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical requirements, evaluate new opportunities, and facilitate fast, accurate decision-making.
