What you'll be doing:
- Owning and managing Service Desk queues and phone lines
- Logging, prioritising and resolving incidents and service requests
- Investigating technical issues and restoring service quickly
- Working with incident, problem and service transition teams
- Supporting major incidents and ensuring clear handovers between shifts
- Documenting fixes, workarounds and knowledge articles to improve future support
You’ll work with modern tools and technologies while supporting systems that really matter. This role would suit someone with experience in IT Service Desk, Incident or Request Fulfilment environments, Microsoft OS, Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID), and Office applications, and remote support tools such as MS Teams, MSTSC or MSRA. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Apprenticeship in IT are essential. ITIL, ServiceNow and Agile knowledge are a plus, but not essential.
