That's where our Project Management team shines. They deliver projects end-to-end, considering every single detail to deliver quality on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of projects that will help to keep the UK safe and secure.
  • Join collaborative, multi-functional construction teams working at locations in the UK and overseas.
  • Responsible for the successful scheduling and delivery of a wide range of important projects.
  • Develop, coach and mentor colleagues in the latest project management techniques; create an environment that encourages efficiency initiatives and helps reduce delivery costs.
  • Establish the supply chain for each project and assign forecasting work to ensure optimum planning and use of resources.
  • Embed rigorous project risk and change management processes and escalate issues as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders; identify opportunities to develop repeat and additional business.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with the wider governance framework and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prince 2 Practitioner, APM PMQ and ISEB certification in project management or equivalent.
  • Experience using NEC3/4, GC works or Fidic contracts and documentation for procuring construction projects.
  • Proven knowledge of applied project management methodologies in design, development and implementation of multi-disciplinary construction programmes; experience delivering large, complex projects in a secure environment.
  • Natural leader with experience managing diverse teams; good understanding of health and safety standards and procedures, including Construction Design Management 2015.
  • Membership of RIBA, RICS, ICE, IStruct E or CIBSE would be desirable; membership of APM or equivalent professional project management body is also favorable.
  • Experience delivering projects overseas and knowledge of products such as M_o_R®, MSP® and M_o_V® is advantageous.
