Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled RF Front‑End Engineer to support the development and integration of RF front‑end modules across various platforms. You will have hands‑on experience with RF components and system‑level bring‑up, along with a strong problem‑solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SoC vendors to develop and optimize MIPI drivers for controlling RF front‑end modules
- Support connectivity solution providers in integrating RF front‑end solutions into their systems
- Perform RF front‑end bring‑up and integration with baseband platforms, with a preference for experience on UNISOC platforms
- Conduct cellular device testing, including both signaling (R&D and engineering environments) and non‑signaling (e.g., factory calibration) scenarios
- Ensure compliance with 3GPP device testing specifications
- Debug and resolve integration issues, driving problems to root cause and solution
- Expect business travel inside China from time to time, and international travel to HQ.

Education & Experience
- Proven experience working with RF front‑end modules, including Power Amplifiers (PA) and Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
- Hands‑on experience in RF front‑end bring‑up and system integration
- Familiarity with cellular testing methodologies and tools (signaling and non‑signaling)
- Strong understanding of 3GPP testing standards
- Passion for debugging and solving complex integration challenges
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
