We are now seeking a sales-motivated and technically minded individual to develop into a self-sufficient Technical Sales professional.
Why the Position Is Available
Following the formation of the company in 2013 by three partners, the current Technical Sales Director is now preparing for retirement.
This creates an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to step into a valuable role within the business and develop over time with full support, guidance and training.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
The successful candidate should have:
Their own vehicle and a clean driving licence
Sales experience would be preferrable
Demonstrable mechanical or electrical engineering experience
Engineering and technical problem-solving skills
Practical hands-on engineering experience
Good numeracy skills
A professional and presentable manner
Clear and confident communication skills

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Interested in building a long-term career in technical sales
Training and Development Path
This is a development role with a clear progression route. The successful candidate will gain practical experience across different areas of the business before moving towards a fully self-sufficient Technical Sales role.
Training may include:
Assisting with site installations to understand the working environment
Attending site audits with experienced team members
Spending time in the workshop to understand AHU construction
