📍 Location: Barrow-in-Furness (Fully Site-Based)

🕒 Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical professional to take on a Clinical Lead role within a dedicated Occupational Health team based in Barrow-in-Furness.

You\’ll provide hands‑on leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of 12, driving high standards of clinical practice and contributing to a proactive approach to employee health and wellbeing.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7:15am-4:00pm
Friday, 7:15am-11:45am

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Part 1) with active NMC registration
• Strong clinical background – A&E or Emergency Care experience desirable
• Occupational Health qualification (postgraduate level preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Confident using IT and digital health systems
