Occupational Health Nurse – Training Offered
Location: Norfolk
Full time or part time (3-5 days per week)
Salary: Flexible, depending on experience and the level of training required
We are recruiting on behalf of an occupational health provider for a Nurse to join their site-based occupational health service in Norfolk. This role is open to both experienced Occupational Health Nurses / Advisors and Registered Nurses who are keen to develop a career within Occupational Health.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about workplace health and wellbeing and want to build specialist occupational health skills within a supportive team.
The Role
- Deliver health surveillance including audiometry and spirometry
- Carry out pre-employment health assessments
- Support occupational health case management and fitness for work advice
- Promote employee wellbeing and workplace health initiatives
- Work closely with managers, HR, and health & safety teams
Duties will be tailored to experience, with training provided for nurses new to Occupational Health.
About You
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Interest in Occupational Health and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a site-based role
- Organised, professional, and approachable
- Occupational Health experience is desirable but not essential
