The role will initially focus on incoming inspection and supplier activities, with scope to expand into broader quality responsibilities such as non-conformance management, CAPA, and audit participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection of instruments in line with national and internal standards.
  • Verify supplier documentation and certificates of conformity.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability.
  • Identify and escalate non-conforming items.
  • Act as a point of contact for supplier quality issues.
  • Support supplier evaluations and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in resolving supplier-related non-conformances.
  • Build effective working relationships with key suppliers.
  • Laser marking of instruments (as required).
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy and organised.

Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work along with excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
