Customer Service Administrator

Main duties – to work with the Customer Service & Export Team ensuring high level of productivity requirements are met and match workload to meet customer guidelines. You will focus on servicing the customers’ requirements, including order processing, resolving queries, dispatching of orders, producing export documentation. A high standard of customer service delivery is required, with an effective level of internal communication and drive to meet customer’s satisfaction.
