Our Client who are specialists in finishing Commercial, Aerospace components, are seeking a Trainee Aerospace Paint Sprayer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Paint Spraying
Training will be given in how to complete the following:
- Perform high-standard paint spraying using a spray gun to meet company and customer specifications.
- Prepare and mask components to ensure precision finishes within tight tolerances.
- Maintain tools and equipment in line with company standards.
- Complete all relevant paperwork, including job cards and work instructions, requiring a good grasp of the English language and basic literacy skills.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance (an advantage)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company guidelines.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of professional drawings is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in a related industry or completion of a relevant qualification will be highly valued.
