Acoustics Company has been growing year on year since 2019 with more people, more sites, more customer projects, and with that, an ever-greater focus on Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEH&S). Looking for a QEH&S Co-ordinator to join our Hertford office. This is a brand-new role with plenty of scope to develop and make your own, reporting directly to our Head of QEH&S.
Based at the Hertford office, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our QEH&S systems run smoothly day-to-day, while also helping us grow and improve them. From supporting project teams with customer site documentation, through to managing Safety Schemes in Procurement (Safe Contractor, CHAS), and ensuring key safety systems are in place, no two days will be the same.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Proactive, positive and organised - able to juggle multiple tasks and keep a cool head.
- Detail-focused - you spot opportunities for improvement and like to see things done properly.
- People-oriented - comfortable engaging with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
- Ready to take the next step in a QEH&S career or transition bringing skills from another discipline.

The Details:
