About fore ai
Based in Zurich and founded by ex-Google engineers, fore ai is redefining Quality Assurance. We build autonomous AI agents that generate, execute, and maintain end-to-end tests for complex web and mobile applications. We don’t just "help" testers; we remove the QA bottleneck, allowing enterprises to ship software at the speed of AI. With a growing roster of Tier-1 customers in Banking, Insurance, Media, and Travel, we are now scaling our European presence.
The Role
This is a pure hunter role for a sales professional who thrives on technical complexity and high-stakes enterprise deals. You will own the UK market from the first touchpoint to the final signature, selling directly to CTOs, Heads of QA, and Engineering Leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales process—from self-sourced prospecting and discovery to complex security/procurement navigation and closing.
- Target the Financial Sector: Leverage your expertise to break into UK Banking and Financial Services, where our high-trust, secure AI agents offer the most value.
- Build the Business Case: Articulate the ROI of autonomous testing—moving beyond "cost reduction" to "release velocity" and "innovation speed."
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Work directly with our founders and product team to sharpen our GTM strategy based on boots-on-the-ground market intelligence.
Who You Are
You are a "Technical Closer" who understands that selling AI into a bank isn’t just about a demo — it’s about trust, compliance, and solving deep-rooted engineering pain points.
Must-Haves:
- 5–10 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience (closing role).
- Proven Hunter DNA: You have a track record of building your own pipeline and exceeding quotas.
- Deal Magnitude: Experience closing deals in the £60k – £250k+ ACV range.
- Technical Fluency: You are comfortable selling to Engineering, QA, or Platform teams and can navigate security/compliance reviews with confidence.
Location: Ideally based in London.
The "unfair advantage" (Strong Preference): We will prioritize candidates who bring both:
- Domain Expertise: Experience in QA/Testing or DevTools (e.g., background at Tricentis, SmartBear, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Vertical Expertise: A deep network and "battle scars" from selling into Banking or regulated industries.
Why Join fore ai?
- Category-Defining Product: We aren’t just another testing tool; we are building the autonomous future of QA.
- High-Octane Environment: Work alongside ex-Google engineers in a fast-paced, flat-hierarchy startup.
- Timing: Join at the inflection point. We have the product-market fit and the reference customers; now we need the engine.
- Incentives: Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.
