The Role
This is a pure hunter role for a sales professional who thrives on technical complexity and high-stakes enterprise deals. You will own the UK market from the first touchpoint to the final signature, selling directly to CTOs, Heads of QA, and Engineering Leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales process—from self-sourced prospecting and discovery to complex security/procurement navigation and closing.
- Target the Financial Sector: Leverage your expertise to break into UK Banking and Financial Services, where our high-trust, secure AI agents offer the most value.
- Build the Business Case: Articulate the ROI of autonomous testing—moving beyond "cost reduction" to "release velocity" and "innovation speed."
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Work directly with our founders and product team to sharpen our GTM strategy based on boots-on-the-ground market intelligence.
Who You Are
You are a "Technical Closer" who understands that selling AI into a bank isn’t just about a demo — it’s about trust, compliance, and solving deep-rooted engineering pain points.
Must-Haves:
- 5–10 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience (closing role).
- Proven Hunter DNA: You have a track record of building your own pipeline and exceeding quotas.
- Deal Magnitude: Experience closing deals in the £60k – £250k+ ACV range.
- Technical Fluency: You are comfortable selling to Engineering, QA, or Platform teams and can navigate security/compliance reviews with confidence.
Location: Ideally based in London.
