The Founder Associate Intern will closely collaborate with the founding team (xBain & xGoogle) to support GTM, run strategic projects, streamline operations, and drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting customer outreach
- Market research
- Developing business strategies
- Assisting in pitch preparation
- Optimising workflows
- Contributing to product and partnership initiatives
This is a full-time, remote role located in the UK, requiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and performance-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with research, data analysis, and strategy development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for developing clear and persuasive materials
- Organisational and operational skills for coordinating projects and streamlining processes
- An interest in Artificial Intelligence, startups, and software development, with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
