They're looking to recruit a Senior National Account Manager, but this is a true leadership role
As Senior National Account Manager you will:
- Manage 2 National Account Managers
- Work with the SLT on the revised OOH strategy and execution
- Managing larger, strategic customers, you will still have hands on P&L and JBP responsibilities
- While ensuring you lead your team to continued success through clear workplans and KPI's
- Deliver an ambitious growth plan, centred around world class basics
- Further strengthen the relationships with your customer base to deliver plans that win for all

You will be working in an FMCG environment and have an expert understanding of the Out of Home Channel, specifically Wholesale (be that Brakes, Bidfood, Booker etc). You will be able to prove you can execute growth plans and win with your customer base.
This is for a proven Senior National Account Manager, looking to continue their progression in a highly strategic role.
Their office is in South East England, with typically 2 days per week presence expected, but the business understands this role is all about being in front of customer, so there's lots of flex.
As a leadership role, we are open to salary negotiations for the right person.
