FDL Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our well established and growing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in Scottish residential conveyancing who is looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while delivering exceptional service to clients across Fife and beyond.

The Role: You will manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the process.

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Handling purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professional contacts
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and compliantly
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the residential property department
  • Delivering an outstanding client experience and maintaining the firm's strong local reputation

About You: We are looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland holding a current practising certificate
