Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in coaching, teaching, recruiting, organization, and planning of all practices and games for the women’s soccer program.
- Coordinate, identify, evaluate, and recruit quality student‑athletes in compliance with University, Atlantic 10, and NCAA regulations and policies.
- Assist the head coach with administrative operations as needed.
- Comply with all NCAA, Atlantic 10, and University rules and regulations.
- Assist in skill instruction and student‑athlete development both on and off the field.
- Attend fundraising and community service events upon request to support the program.
- Operate University‑owned or leased vehicles to transport students, staff, and/or equipment in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and insurance requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year experience as a soccer coach or student‑athlete or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- High level organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of video technology, game breakdown, and social media.
- Working knowledge of PC & Mac computer applications.
- Understanding and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

- Coaching experience in an NCAA program.
- Valid Driver’s License.
