Senior Treasury Analyst | Regulated Financial Services | London
An opportunity to join a growing regulated financial services organisation and play a key role in supporting treasury activity, balance sheet management and prudential reporting.
Working as part of a collaborative finance and risk environment, you'll help monitor liquidity, funding and capital metrics, contribute to forecasting and reporting, and support key stakeholders in managing the organisation's financial resources effectively.
This is a varied position offering exposure across treasury operations, regulatory reporting, balance sheet management and process improvement.
The Role
- Monitor liquidity positions, cash flows and funding requirements.
- Support forecasting and analysis of future liquidity and funding needs.
- Assist with the calculation and monitoring of key prudential and risk metrics.
- Prepare management information, analysis and reporting for senior committees and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of capital and liquidity assessment processes.
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, Operations and Data teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support treasury-related projects, process enhancements and improvements to data quality.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen controls, reporting capabilities and operational efficiency across the treasury function.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within treasury, finance or balance sheet management in a regulated financial services environment.
- Understanding of liquidity management, funding, cash flow forecasting and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to prudential metrics and/or treasury risk management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to support decision making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets would be advantageous.
