As part of its continued expansion, our client is seeking a commercially focused FP&A Manager to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and decision support capabilities across the organisation. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance and support strategic initiatives.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering across the organisation. Working closely with the CFO, Finance Director, and operational stakeholders as well as sales, the successful candidate will provide robust financial insight to support decision-making, improve business performance, and maximise shareholder value. This role is ideally suited to a qualified finance professional with approximately 10 years' experience across finance, with the majority spent in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
Technical Skills- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Experience working in PE is essential, to provide confidence around cultural fit.
- Experience facing off to sales teams, CRO's, CIO's is essential.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Excellent Excel skills with experience using financial planning and BI tools.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business value drivers.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating information into actionable insights.
- Commercially minded and naturally curious.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
