Key Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing reconciliations, supporting schedules and documentation for statutory and management reporting
- Supporting audit processes and liaising with external advisers
- Interpreting accounting standards and helping maintain financial controls and policy documentation
- Working with finance and technology teams to identify efficiencies and improve reporting workflows, including through automation
- Supporting reporting requirements in a dynamic regulatory environment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- ACA (or equivalent) with around 1–2 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Practical experience preparing financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP; exposure to US GAAP beneficial
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying process improvements
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with regulated or compliance‑focused environments is advantageous
