Key Responsibilities
- Carry out single car collections and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner as directed.
- Complete accurate collection and delivery reports in line with client and customer requirements.
- Report all vehicle accidents, damage and faults promptly, following company policy.
- Complete any relevant administration as required by the client.
- Ensure all customers’ vehicles and their property are secure at all times.
- Follow HSE policy and use PPE as necessary.
- Wear smart business attire and provide customer service in line with company policy.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deal with customer complaints and defuse difficult situations calmly.
- Competent with all ignition types.
The pay rate is currently the National Living Wage. All positions are temporary but may lead to ongoing assignments or permanent roles.
Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a valid full driving licence for a minimum of 5 years.
- No more than 6 points are accepted for minor driving offences, and no DR10 licences are allowed.
- A DBS check may be required.
