Forde Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our client's busy warehouse and logistics operation on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has previous experience within warehousing, transport, or logistics.
The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the night shift operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing warehouse administration accurately and efficiently
- Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
- Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
- Producing reports and handling data using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting the wider logistics operation with general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration role
- Strong IT skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel
- Experience within a traffic, warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills
