Forde Automotive, a leading provider of car delivery drivers across the UK, are seeking competent and customer-oriented individuals to join their team. Their client is a prominent player in the automotive sector on a national scale.
As a Valeter, you will be working both as an individual and as part of a team, being responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles on the inside and out to a high standard. Routinely assess vehicles and report and perform minor repairs, scratches and cleaning before using high pressure hoses to clean cars, vans and fleet vehicles.
Valeter Key Responsibilities:- Valet and detail vehicles to the highest possible standard
- Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles
- Ensure health and safety procedures and company policies are adhered to
- Conduct full damage assessments
- Maintain workspaces
- Complete all relevant paperwork
- Carry out internal and external inspections to identify deterioration and damage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and diffuse difficult situations calmly.
- Applicants must be over the age of 25 for insurance stipulations.
- Valid full driving license held for a minimum of 5 years due to commercial insurance requirements.
- No more than 6 points accepted for minor driving offenses; no DR10s.
