Forde Recruitment are seeking compassionate Customer Service Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for a temporary experienced Customer Service Advisor, Caseworker, Support Officer, or Administrator looking to work within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process applications using CRM and case management system
- Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate case updates
- Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and data protection standards
- Work collaboratively within a busy customer-focused environment
- Support service delivery, office coverage, and new process implementation
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor, Caseworker, Support Officer, or within a customer-focused role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using CRM or case management systems
- Ability to assess information and make accurate decisions
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
