A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Level 3 qualified Mechanical Fitter with a background in heavy engineering to work alongside experienced technicians installing, maintaining, and repairing pumps, valves, and actuators.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out mechanical maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and repair faults across mechanical systems.
  • Travel to different sites across the south of the UK but be home every day.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a heavy engineering environment.
  • Previous knowledge of maintaining and repairing pumps and other associated mechanical equipment.
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven maintenance and fault-finding experience.
  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screening.
