- Carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment, control systems, and associated infrastructure.
- Diagnose faults efficiently using a methodical approach, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns across the site, working under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Work collaboratively with mechanical technicians and operational teams to ensure all systems are maintained and repaired to the highest standard.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
What We’re Looking For

- A proactive, hands-on approach with high attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in an electrical discipline.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience with control systems, PLCs, or automation would be advantageous, though not essential.

- Exposure to advanced engineering systems and technologies not commonly found in traditional industries.
- The opportunity to develop specialist skills in a unique technical field.
- A strong team culture focused on collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
- The satisfaction of seeing your work directly contribute to large-scale operations running safely and smoothly.
