Head of Programme
Reporting to: Managing Director, UK & Europe.
Location: London (flexible home office / hybrid working available). Your working hours may vary due to global portfolio of customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a remotely dispersed team, building relationships with team members based in Australia.
- Navigate market disruption by educating customers about the company’s new products and services.
- Overcome onboarding challenges posed by the nature of the business.
Key Deliverables (first 12 months)
- Secure a 1‑year contract extension to December 2028.
- Demonstrate strong relationships with internal and customer stakeholders.
- Renew the contract successfully.

Qualifications – Hard Skills
- Fully chartered engineering background in Railway Infrastructure (preferably civil or electrical).
- Proven experience leading Projects and Programmes within the Railway industry.
- Strong written communication skills, able to capture meetings, concepts, and information effectively.
- Ability to operate alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Desirable: consultancy background.

Low: £85,000 | Mid: £92,500 | High: £100,000
