This is far more than routine administration: you will be the bilingual face of Ford Credit for our French dealership partners, resolving complex financial queries, balancing high-value transactions, and driving operational efficiency in a collaborative, cross-border environment.
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent business-level proficiency (written and spoken) in both French and English (essential).
- Financial / Operational Acumen: Prior experience in banking, credit control, accounts receivable, reconciliation, or fast-paced customer finance is advantageous.

This position is based in the Manchester Business Centre, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Manchester Business Centre for typically 3 days a week increasing to 4 days in the future and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

- Dealer & Partner Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated first point of contact for French Ford dealers, internal teams, and cross-functional partners via phone, email, and messaging.
- Financial Control & Daily Reconciliations: Manage daily debt collection, clear and reconcile payments on in-house banking systems, and investigate and resolve unapplied suspense items.
- Transaction Processing: Execute dealer settlements, clearances, wholesale credit exposures, and facility rewrites swiftly and accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to global optimisation projects, support knowledge sharing, and assist with system rollouts and process quality enhancements.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Support peer teams across the Business Centre during peak volumes and absences to maintain seamless European operations.
