In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between current market performance and future commercial success, working across European and Global cross-functional teams to deliver winning pricing strategies.

Reporting directly to the European Marketing and Sales Finance Director, you will lead a dedicated team of finance professionals, fostering their growth in a fast-paced, digitally evolving environment.

Minimum requirements we seek:

  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy, product finance, commercial finance or strategic finance roles.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling, scenario analysis and long-range planning, using historic data to inform future decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, product and strategy functions.
  • Experience operating in a European and/or global matrix organisation.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including team management and development.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience within automotive, mobility, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management, future model pricing or portfolio optimisation.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction and long-term commercial strategy.
  • Track record of driving digital or process transformation within finance, including advanced analytics or automation.
  • Strong interest in or experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve finance decision-making.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
