We're looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex technology deliverables that involve multiple teams. You'll manage a changing portfolio of medium-to-large initiatives, which may run for a year or more, and provide a clear, integrated view of progress, dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery readiness. What you'll bringSignificant experience coordinating technical or software delivery across multiple teams. A track record of managing complex dependencies, risks and integrated plans or forecasts. Experience coordinating integration, end-to-end testing or release readiness. Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented delivery and tools such as Jira. Exceptions may apply for current employees where supported. Team TPMs and delivery leads remain accountable for team-level planning and execution. The Lead TPM coordinates the integrated delivery view but does not take on technical design authority, application ownership or direct people-management responsibility unless separately assigned. Relevant training and on-the-job development will be available. Ongoing development and sharing effective practices with the TPM community are expected.
