Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic workstreams end-to-end, from problem definition through to execution
  • Shape and evolve the strategic and transformation agenda across your business area (Passenger Vehicles or Ford Pro)
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive decision-making and set priorities
  • Deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear, measurable impact
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines and KPIs to ensure disciplined execution
  • Conduct financial, market and competitor analysis to inform strategic choices
  • Translate complex data into clear, insight-led recommendations and executive-ready materials
  • Facilitate senior leadership forums, workshops and governance processes to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Collaborate across functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Digital and Operations
  • Support transformation priorities focused on simplification, efficiency and lean ways of working
  • Contribute to global and European strategic reviews and leadership discussions

Qualifications

  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or equivalent strategy-focused role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp commercial judgement
  • Ability to structure ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate at pace
  • Broad business acumen and a “big picture” perspective
  • Strong academic background; MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential

Additional Information
