Role Overview

Based at our Dunton campus in Essex, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing comprehensive HR guidance and coaching leaders and employees across key areas including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, workforce planning, compliance and controls. As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a champion of our company culture and values, partnering strategically across the business at varying levels to foster an engaged and high‑performing workforce.
