Vehicle Builder
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £36,750 to £39,990 per year depending on experience
Shift uplift of 12.5% available (£41,343 to £44,988)
Shift Pattern: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

Your New Opportunity
Join a highly skilled engineering team of vehicle builders responsible for carrying out complete overhaul of passenger trains
- Carry outthe assembly and fit of mechanical components to rail vehicles
- Install and fit interiors, flooring, seating, panels and all other passenger comfort and safety equipment
- Must be able to work from engineering drawings and instruction.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll bring experience of vehicle building, or mechanical assembly or coach building or a manufacturing environment.
- A background from sectors such as Vehicle Building, coach building, carpentry, joinery, kitchen fitting
- Experience of using hand and power tooling
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Confidence working rotating shifts, including earlies, lates,
Essential Criteria
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screening
