Hours: Mon – Thu 07:00 – 16:00 / Fri 07:00 – 13:00

The Role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, well-invested rolling stock manufacturing and maintenance site, supporting critical infrastructure and advanced production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across site electrical infrastructure supporting depot operations.
  • Undertake electrical installation, inspection, testing and fault-finding activities on facilities, plant and services.
  • Support site infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects, including the transition to 25kV power systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage PM activities through the CMMS system.

Essential

  • Strong electrical maintenance background within an industrial, manufacturing, depot or safety critical environment.
  • Electrical apprenticeship or minimum NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent in an electrical engineering discipline.
  • Experience working with CMMS or maintenance management systems.
