About the Role:

We have secured numerous projects with our Rail clients to maintain and troubleshoot systems across our key UK locations. We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join the team and play a critical role in ensuring reliability and safety on rolling stock equipment. Our specialist maintenance teams provide repair and maintenance of rolling stock as well as installation and maintenance of track and infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and reliability of your services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, fault-find, and rectify issues on systems at various rail sites.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks (not installation work).
  • Provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Travel to Midlands/London and other locations around the UK.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential: Strong hands-on experience with door systems (fault finding and maintenance).

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or equivalent experience for the higher salary banding.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different rail environments.
