Site Supervisor Location: UK Wide (Travel Required) Salary: Competitive + Vehicle/Allowance + Benefits £(phone number removed) (negotiable) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join a growing ground engineering and asset preservation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of infrastructure, highways, rail, construction, and ground improvement projects across the UK. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work alongside project managers, engineers, clients, and specialist subcontractors to deliver innovative ground engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate site teams. Manage labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and approved methodologies. Monitor progress against project programmes and milestones. Conduct quality inspections and maintain site records. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Promote and enforce a strong health, safety, and environmental culture. Liaise with clients, suppliers, engineers, and project managers. Identify and resolve site issues in a proactive and professional manner. Produce daily reports and communicate project updates to management. Projects You'll Work On Ground improvement schemes Infrastructure and highway projects Rail and transport works Bridge approaches and embankments Void filling and subsidence remediation projects Asset preservation and ground stabilisation works Specialist civil engineering projects Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, Foreman, or similar supervisory role. Experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, rail, or construction projects. Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Good organisational and planning abilities. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Qualifications SSSTS or SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work. NRSWA, PTS, or other industry-specific certifications. Experience in ground engineering, remediation, or specialist construction works. What You'll Receive Competitive salary package.
