Opportunity

Technical Trainer, ideally with a military background, required for a rail business that is opening a new overhaul facility in the Manchester area, requiring a safety critical training plan being put in place and executed.

Situation

As a Technical Trainer, this position is responsible for the development and delivery of safety critical training into a heavy engineering environment. The role will entail:

• Curriculum Development
• Content Development
• Training Delivery
• Training and Competency Administration

It will cover the new overhaul facility in central Manchester but also support the other depots in the Greater Manchester area.

Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced trainer with a level 4 teaching qualification and a background in safety critical engineering such as the Forces or Rail Engineering. </p
