The Civils & Infrastructure Team at Ford & Stanley Group are proud to partner with one of the world’s leading Facilities Management specialists, in their search for an Operations Director – Total Facilities Management. This is a unique opportunity to lead Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts nationally, focusing on strategic growth, client development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within the FM sector and will inspire their team to deliver excellence in service and results. The company is ideally seeking someone Midlands-based to oversee a geographically diverse portfolio of contracts, the majority of which are within this region. Key Responsibilities: Shape strategy: Provide leadership across high-value FM contracts, driving growth and innovation. Build relationships: Collaborate with clients to develop trust and long-term partnerships. Achieve excellence: Ensure contracts meet financial and operational goals, delivering exceptional value. Candidate Requirements: Extensive of senior management experience in Facilities Management, with an emphasis on Soft Services (Cleaning, Security, Catering) Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of growing and retaining business. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships. Relevant qualifications: SIA Non-Frontline License (or ability to qualify) and IOSH/NEBOSH accreditation (or working towards). A full UK driving license and flexibility for national travel.
