This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual to join a global leader in the rail industry as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor. You will have the opportunity to drive high standards in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing practices within the UK Subsidiary across the Northwest region.
This role is ideal for a passionate individual eager to make a tangible impact on workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing, fostering a positive culture while driving high standards. As part of one of the biggest names in rail, you’ll work alongside forward-thinking teams, shaping strategies and initiatives that enhance operations and ensure industry-leading safety standards. You will contribute to their success by:
- Supporting the HSQE Manager in delivering a comprehensive HS&W support service tailored to the organisation's evolving needs.
- Leading the implementation of risk management frameworks, equipping stakeholders with the tools, training, and support needed to enhance safety culture.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Taking a leading role in the development and execution of health and wellbeing programmes, fostering a positive workplace environment.
