About the Opportunity
Our client is entering an exciting phase of rapid expansion, growing from two to over ten active projects across the UK, with further development anticipated over the next 2–3 years. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team at the forefront of this transformation. As a Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of safety culture and well-being across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities (First 6–12 Months)
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain regular communication with project teams and clients
- Implement robust risk frameworks and deliver training across multiple locations
- Lead face-to-face workshops to drive cultural engagement and process adoption
- Support and initiate well-being strategies aligned with business needs and emerging trends
Working Arrangements
Based in the Belfast office 5 days a week (flexibility only for significant childcare or health needs). Regular travel required: at least fortnightly to London/South and Scotland (typically 1–2 days per trip). Expectation to be away from home at least once a week.
Essential Skills & Experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar health & safety role
- Proven experience in risk assessments, accident investigations, and auditing (qualification desirable)
- Strong IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Office tools)
- Experience implementing well-being initiatives and supporting staff well-being
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with the Sentinel system
- Auditing qualification (internal/external)
