Group Soft Services Manager (Facilities Manager) – Hull – £50,000 The Company & Role A Regional Soft Services Manager is required to join one of Europe’s Leading support service provider You will be managing all areas of Soft Services across 3 large sites across the North East of England . This will include management of: Security, Catering, Cleaning, Reception, Mailroom, Grounds Maintenance & Pest Control Services. With a strong focus on personal development, this role offers strong progression opportunities, as well as the opportunity to work for the fastest growing Facilities Management company. Essential Experience Experience in multi-site Soft Services Facilities Management Experience with Catering Management Strong experience in managing internal Security Teams SIA (non-front line) – (existing or lapsed) Experience managing subcontractors, e.g., hard services. Full UK driving license.
