Engineering Contracts Manager | London Bridge (Hybrid) | Up to £58,000 | Permanent\\n\\nThe Opportunity:\\n\\nFord & Stanley Recruitment are working with a major UK train operating company to appoint an Engineering Contracts Manager. This is a key role within the Fleet Commercial function, responsible for managing high-value Rolling Stock leasing, maintenance, and modification contracts. The successful candidate will play a vital part in shaping the commercial strategy and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable train services through expert contract management.\\n\\nSome of the Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nLead the negotiation and preparation of Rolling Stock leases, maintenance, and modification contracts\\n• Manage relationships with leasing companies and engineering suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and performance\\n• Provide commercial and contractual support to Engineering and Project Managers\\n• Identify risks and opportunities within contracts to maximise profitability and mitigate risks\\n• Collaborate with Finance teams to support budgeting and business planning\\n• Advise Engineering Managers on warranty and performance regimes\\n• Support other directorates with trading agreements and crew-related contracts\\nThe Candidate:\\n\\nYou’ll be an experienced contract management professional with a background in engineering or a similar technical environment.
