The Role

A leading engineering supplier and manufacturer within the Railway industry are looking to grow their Engineering team by hiring an Electronics Engineer

In this role, you will get exposure to the full PDLC. supporting the design of new products and maintenance of existing safety critical products in rail.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a £bn business who are going through an exciting growth period; they have a well varied portfolio of products and projects.

Your designs are built and manufactured onsite, meaning you will see your designs come to life; you will see the impact they have on the UK rail industry

As the role progresses, you will get the chance to take lead on the delivery of cradle to grave projects

The company are open to upskilling and training electronic engineering professionals from other backgrounds aside from design

Suitable backgrounds.

Experience in Electronic PCB design positions
Electronic Test Engineering experience
Electronic Engineering Degree Graduate with strong understanding of Engineering Design principles.
Essential Criteria

PCB Design experience OR Testing background on electronic products
Strong understanding of Electronic Engineering principles such as symbols, abbreviations etc
Knowledge of relevant programming languages such as C, C++ etc
