This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role where your leadership, judgement, and delivery focus will directly influence performance across several sites.
Working in partnership with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation, this role places you at the heart of complex heavy maintenance delivery. Acting as a Senior Production Manager, you will lead five Heavy Maintenance Production Managers and a substantial workforce across production and business operations. You will be responsible for balancing safety, governance, performance, and stakeholder expectations all while navigating a constantly evolving operational landscape.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple major heavy maintenance projects.
- Own health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and site safety governance.
- Develop and embed governance and assurance frameworks to protect operational integrity.
- Drive accurate, real-time reporting in a dynamic, change-heavy environment.
- Optimise production by strategically managing resources and skill sets.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement, coaching and developing managers and teams to perform at their best.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering heavy maintenance or complex engineering projects.
- Strong people leadership capability with a coaching mindset.

- High attention to detail with strong reporting and administrative discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
