Due to continued growth and a full order book for years to come, a Rail Engineering expert is restructuring and growing their Procurement Team. They require a Project Procurement Manager to lead the Project Procurement team of 5 Buyers; the role will be a mixture of team leadership/management, hands-on procurement involvement and process improvement/implementation.

You will be joining a high performing team at a Rail industry expert with a high degree of autonomy to implement new processes and manage the team. There is a wide variety of projects to work on and a high degree of job security due to continued growth and demand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys thriving in a well varied and fast-paced environment.

Location & Working Model: Milton Keynes Hybrid - 3 days in office once passed probation

Salary: £45,000 - £51,000 p/annum

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm, Friday: 8am-1pm

Essential Criteria:

  • Senior/Management experience within a Procurement position
  • CIPS (L4+)
  • SAP experience and experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment (ideally rail)
  • Proactive mindset and ways of working
