Responsibilities
  • Tender Production: Take commercial lead on competitive and negotiated bids, ensuring all financial aspects of a tender are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Technical Measurement: Utilise digital software (Conquest, Bluebeam, Kubla Cubed) to produce detailed bills of quantities and schedules of works.
  • Risk & Opportunity: Investigate and present preliminary cost information and associated risks and opportunities.
