The Role
As a Managing Consultant, you will operate as a trusted advisor to partnered clients, delivering a full executive search lifecycle with a strong focus on premium, white‑glove solutions. Ford & Stanley Executive Search works exclusively on a retained search basis across multiple disciplines and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial client briefing through to offer management and onboarding.
