Overview

The Group Client Relationship Executive will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining effective relationships with Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group customers. The role liaises between key client contacts and internal service delivery heads to manage expectations and deliver on the company’s sales promise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear understanding of each Ford & Stanley service line and communicate their value to clients.
  • Launch new client relationships with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and revisit legacy SLAs to address any gaps.
  • Conduct company discoveries and act as the conduit to internal recruitment teams to gain full understanding of clients.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and service delivery teams to resolve misunderstandings or deltas.
  • Plan and execute group strategy for each client using strategic client development methodology.
  • Build trust internally and externally to ensure smooth service delivery, resolve deltas, realise commercial opportunities and maintain high NPS ratings.

First 12 Months

  • Understand all four business areas and articulate their value.
  • Build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Become fully conversant with company systems, particularly Bluesheet / Goldsheet methodology.
  • Develop strategic plans and fulfill deliverables to grow the client base, increase spend, and improve vacancy conversion rates.

Qualifications

Essential Hard Skills

  • Experience growing and expanding client relationships and commercial opportunities.
  • B2B background in consultancy services or solutions environment.
  • Degree educated.
  • Commute to Derby HQ; driving licence (car allowance provided).

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary banding: Low £40k – Mid £45k – Top £50k.
  • Uncapped commission scheme.
  • Pension: 4% employer / 5% employee (opt‑in/out).
