WORKSHOP PARTS ADVISOR (4 on, 4 off day shift)
Ford and Slater are one the UK’s largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley, employing over 900 staff, whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have 2 vacancies for a new position of Workshop Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our Leeds depot.
As a Workshop Parts Advisor, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for as our Workshop Parts Advisor:
- Ideally you will have previous experience working within the Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade or an associated sector as a Parts Advisor or similar role.
- Or have experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment and have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Be passionate about Excellent Customer Service
The Workshop Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
As our Workshop Parts Advisor, you will provide a professional parts supply service to our Workshop. Promote and encourage the best parts solution for the business. Efficiently manage all stock control, supplier orders, invoicing, returned stock and follow company processes with a keen eye for detail. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient response to Workshop demand.
Working 4 on, 4 off, day shift: 6am – 6:30pm.
